We undertake to fulfil contracts by the required date and will do our utmost to meet deadlines, but occasionally in extreme unforeseen circumstances, this may not be possible, in which case we will inform you directly.

Delivery:
Our policy is to deliver work electronically. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control there may be unavoidable delays due to loss of internet connection. If this occurs we will speak to you and arrange an alternative method of delivery.

Guarantee:
We know you will be delighted with the service you receive from Hardwick Studios. Your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

Quotations:
Hardwick Studios do not undertake competitive tendering.

Payment Terms:
Details of our payments terms will be submitted with individual quotations or agreed on opening of your account with Hardwick Studios.  Late payments may incur late payment charges in line with current legislation.

Complaints:
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please email /phone us as soon as you can and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Acceptance:
The placing of an order with Hardwick Studios constitutes acceptance of our standard terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
